Customer can purchase Pos Laju
service by drops off the parcel at Pos Laju office, parcel hub or kiosk. Then,
by providing the relevant information which is customer personal information,
the parcel address, the weight and content in the parcel

The staff will register that
parcel in their system and after that the staff will provide a tracking number
to the customer references after the customer completed the payment

After that, the parcel will go
to the sorting at warehouse where the staff will categorize the parcel
conforming to the destination. The staff will scan the barcode that stated on
the parcel using Motorola MCR3000R to ascertain to its destination.

Meanwhile, the customer can
track their parcel to know the progress by way of the company website by using
the tracking number that given earlier.

The parcel will move to a
specific warehouse that close by the destination along with other parcels. The
delivery man will deliver the parcel to final destination.
6.
When the parcel reaches the
destination, the staff will require the recipient to sign relevant document and
pass the parcel to the recipient. The staff will use smartphone that provided
by Pos Laju to update the information that the parcel has safely reached at
recipient. So that the customer or sender will get notify from Pos Laju that
the parcel safely arrived.
